पिछले आर्टिकल '' कॉमन केटेगरी से अपर क्लास केटेगरी में जाना है तो बदले अपना माइंडसेट '' में हमने आखिरी में बताया था कि हमारे इंडियन मार्केट में अगले 20 साल तक बड़ी गिरावट का कोई भी रीजन इंडिया का अपना रीजन नहीं हो सकता।

आप समझ रहे हो, मेरी बात को. तो मार्किट में गिरावट का कोई इंडियन रीज़न नहीं हो सकता, रीज़न देश के बाहर से आ सकते है.

और बाहर से कोई भी रीजन होगा तो क्या रीजन होगा। यह कारण फाइनेंसियल और बिज़नेस के आधार पर नहीं होगा. सिर्फ कीमत की मोवेंमेंट के बेस पर होगा.

जैसा कुछ समय पहले अडानी के केस में हुआ. बाहर से ये चीजें हुईं, अडानी के बिजनेस पर क्या फर्क पड़ा?

क्या उनकी कोई भी फैक्ट्री बंद हुई?

क्या उनका कोई भी ऑपरेशन बंद हुआ?

क्या उनकी किसी भी कंपनी ने लॉस दिखाया?

क्या उनकी किसी भी कंपनी की रिवेन्यू कम हुई?

कुछ भी नहीं हुआ.

न बिजनेस पर इम्पैक्ट आया. न फाइनेंसियल पर असर पड़ा.

किस चीज पर इम्पैक्ट आया सिर्फ स्टॉक प्राइस पर इम्पैक्ट आया.

ऐसा होता रहेगा और ऐसी परिस्थितियों में हमें अमीर बनने का बेहतरीन मौका मिलता है.

तो एक बात ध्यान से समझो।

यहाँ पर थ्री टाइप ऑफ चेंजेज हैं, जो मार्केट में होते हैं, प्लीज नोट डाउन।

नंबर वन,

बिजनेस चेंज

क्या कंपनी के किसी प्रोडक्ट की डिमांड कम हो गई है या किसी प्रोडक्ट की डिमांड बढ़ गई. इसे बिजनेस चेंज कहते है.

सेकेंड क्या है

सेकंड है फाइनेंसियल चेंज.

यानि कि उस क्षेत्र की इंडस्ट्री तो अच्छी है, लेकिन कोई एक पर्टिकुलर कंपनी ज्यादा लोन लेने की वजह से बेकार हो गई. यह फाइनेंसियल चेंज है.

और तीसरा है स्टॉक प्राइस चेंज.

स्अटॉक प्गराइस र बिजनेस बेकार होने से हो तो समझ में आता है.

फानेंशियल्स बेकार होने से तो समझ में आता है. लेकिन न तो बिजनेस में चेंज हुआ न फाइनेंसियल्स में चेंज हुए. और स्टॉक प्राइज फिफ्टी परसेंट डाउन हो गया. यह १०० फीसदी प्रॉफिट कमाने का अच्छा मौका है.

In the previous article "If you want to move from common category to upper class category, then change your mindset", we had last told that any reason of India which faces a major decline in the next 20 years cannot be India's own reason.

You understand what I am saying. So there cannot be any Indian reason for the decline in the market, the reasons can come from outside.

And if there is any reason from outside, what reason will it be? This reason will not be based on financial and business. Will be based only on price movement.

As happened now in Adani's case. If these things happened from outside, what difference did it make to Adani's business?

Were any of its factories closed?

Were any of his operations stopped?

Did any of his companies show loss?

Did the revenue of any of his companies decrease?

Nothing happened.

There was no impact on business. What was the financial impact only? There was an impact on the stock price.

There are three types of changes which occur in the market, please note down.

Number one,

Business change

Has the demand for any product of the company decreased? Or the demand for a product increased. This is called business change.

what is a second

Second is financial change.

That means the industry in that area is good, but a particular company has become useless due to taking too much loan. This is financial change.

And the third is stock price change.

It is understandable if business is due to idleness.

It is understandable if the financials are useless. But there was neither change in business nor change in financials. And the stock price went down fifty percent. This is a good opportunity to earn 100% profit.
