सभी लोगों का पैसे कमाने के मामले में एक ‘थर्मोस्टेट’ सेट होता है. थर्मोस्टेट एक उपकरण है, जो गर्मी को समान रखता है. कई लोगों का वित्तीय थर्मोस्टेट अरबों रुपयों, कुछ का हजारों, सैंकड़ों और कुछ का तो शून्य से भी नीचे होता है. वे लोग बुरी तरह ठिठुर रहे हैं, लेकिंग उन्हें जरा सा भी अंदाजा नहीं कि ऐसा क्यों हो रहा है.

सच्चाई है कि ज्यादातर लोग कभी अपनी पूरी क्षमता तक पहुँच ही नहीं पाते. ज्यादातर लोग सफल नहीं है. शोध से पता चलता है कि 80 प्रतिशत कभी अपनी मनचाही जीवन के सतही स्टार पर काम करते हैं और सोचते हैं- जो सिर्फ उस पर आधारित होता है, जिसे वे देख सकते हैं. वे सिर्फ ऊपरी तौर पर दिखाई देने वाले संसार में जीते हैं.

फल जड़ो से मिलते हैं

एक पेड़ की कल्पना करें. मान ले कि यह जीवन का पेड़ है. इस पेड़ पर फल लगे हैं. जीवन में हमारे फल हमें पसंद नहीं आते हैं. वे कम हैं, छोटे है या उनका स्वाद अच्छा नहीं है.

तो हम आदतन क्या करते है ? हममें से ज्यादातर लोग फलों पर यानी मिलने वाले परिणामों पर ज्यादा ध्यान केन्द्रित करते लगते हैं. लेकिन वे फल वास्तव में आये कहाँ से हैं? फल तो बीज और जड़ों से उत्पन्न हुए हैं.

जो जमीन के अन्दर है, वह जमीन के ऊपर की चीजों को पैदा करता है. जो दिखता नहीं है, वह दिखने वाली चीजो की रचना करता है. इसका क्या मतलब है? इसका मतलब यह है कि अगर आप फलों को बदलना चाहते हैं, तो पहले आपको जड़ो को बदलना होगा. उग चुके फलों पर ध्यान केन्द्रित करना बेकार है. आप उन्हें बदल नहीं सकते, हाँ आप भविष्य में मिलने वाले फलों को अवश्य बदल सकते हैं. लेकिन ऐसा करने के लिए आपको जमीन की खुदाई करनी होगी और जड़ों को मजबूत करना होगा.

Everyone has a 'thermostat' set when it comes to making money. Thermostat is a device, which keeps the heat constant. The financial thermostat of many people is billions of rupees, some thousands, hundreds and some are even below zero. They are shivering badly, but they don't have the slightest idea why this is happening.

The truth is that most people never reach their full potential. Most people are not successful. Research shows that 80 percent of people only ever act and think on a superficial level about the life they want – based only on what they can see. They live only in the superficial world.

fruits come from roots

Imagine a tree. Let us assume that this is the tree of life. There are fruits on this tree. We don't like our results in life. They are few, small or do not taste good.

So what do we do habitually? Most of us seem to focus more on the results i.e. the results we get. But where do those fruits actually come from? Fruits have originated from seeds and roots.

What is inside the ground produces the things above the ground. What is not visible creates the things that are visible. What does it mean? This means that if you want to change the fruits, you have to change the roots first. It is useless to concentrate on ripe fruits. You cannot change them, yes you can definitely change the results you get in the future. But to do this you will have to dig the ground and strengthen the roots.
